Road to German Masters

1978: 4:21.6 2028: ?

In 1978, at 15, I ran 1500 metres in 4:21.6. In 2028 I want to race it again, at the German Masters, as one of the youngest in the over-65 class. I'm Andreas, the founder of LifeTrajectory. This series follows the whole way: the medical check, the training, the setbacks and the first race.
