These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lifetrajectory.live and its services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of the Service

The Service provides life expectancy-related calculations, estimates, visualizations, and related account features for informational purposes.

The current model is deterministic and rule-based. The free range shows how its value responds when selected answers are retested at documented nearby categories, together with a disclosed model-structure allowance. It has not been externally calibrated and carries no probability or coverage percentage. The calculated value is an educational estimate rather than an exact prediction of an individual's lifespan.

2. No Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any results, estimates, or health-related information are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making medical or health-related decisions.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service may require registration of an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account data up to date.

4. Free Preview and Optional Paid Access

The questionnaire and the personal model sensitivity range shown after completion are available without payment. Payment is optional and is offered afterward for additional result features.

  • Single Result: currently $7.70 USD or €7.00 EUR for one unlocked calculation and the seven result features presented at checkout.
  • Progress Package: currently $17.70 USD or €17.00 EUR for three complete calculations within 12 months and the package features presented at checkout.
  • One-time payment: neither package is a subscription.
  • Checkout price: the price and package contents displayed immediately before payment control if they differ from an older video or publication.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another designated payment provider. We do not store full payment card details. A guest may buy a Single Result without creating an account. An account is required for Progress Package features that compare and retain multiple calculations over time.

During Founder Access, we offer a 14-day usefulness guarantee for paid calculations. If you do not find your unlocked result useful, contact support@lifetrajectory.live within 14 days after purchase and we will review and process a refund through the original payment method where technically and legally possible.

5. User Content and Image Uploads

Users may upload images or other content ("User Content") to their accounts. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own the content or have all necessary rights to use and upload it;
  • the content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights;
  • you have obtained all required consents from identifiable persons shown in uploaded content;
  • the content complies with applicable law.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service:

  • for unlawful purposes;
  • to upload infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content;
  • to interfere with or disrupt the technical operation of the Service;
  • to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

7. Content Moderation and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to review, restrict, remove, or refuse User Content, and to suspend or terminate accounts, if we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties have been violated.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content and functionality of the Service, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Availability of the Service

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, content, or pricing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that calculations, estimates, results, or other outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific calculation or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your User Content;
  • Your misuse of the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some educational summaries or explanations may be AI-assisted where this feature is enabled. These outputs are informational only and should not be treated as medical advice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
