The free range is a product preview, not a confidence interval
The application first calculates a point value E, rounded to one decimal place. Before payment, it displays a fixed eight-year band around E. An odd calculation number positions E at 30% of the band; an even calculation number positions E at 60%. This prevents the midpoint from disclosing the point value before an optional purchase.
Its width is not derived from observed prediction error and does not express probability, calibration, statistical confidence or individual medical risk. The 30%/60% placement is a commercial presentation rule, not a scientific inference.
Medical boundary: Separately, neither the band nor the paid point value predicts an individual death date or provides medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
